How to get started:

It's easy to add a Cholestech point-of-care testing system to your facility - just follow these simple steps.

Get a CLIA Waiver - You will need a CLIA Certificate of Waiver in order to be able to use the Cholestech testing systems. Already have a CLIA Waiver? Then you're good to go. Need to get a CLIA Waiver? Here's how to get it
Order Your Supplies - Cholestech Systems and supplies can be purchased from a network of authorized distributors. Call Cholestech at 800.733.0404, or email Sales, and we will assist you with ordering your testing system, test cassettes and supplies.
Why use Authorized Distributors
Start Testing - When your shipment arrives and you have your CLIA Certificate of Waiver, then you will be ready to start testing. Our systems include user manuals and training CD-ROMs to facilitate staff training. Visit the training section of our website for more information.
